Microsoft Settles with Eolas
Microsoft has finally settled the Eolas patent suit. No word on the size of the settlement, or on the ramification for us Web designers/developers/users. Perhaps Web Usability will return with another slipstreamed Windows Update for IE.
Eolas JavaScript Fix for Flash Navigation
I think I finally have a workable solution to the Eolas IE issue with the Flash navigation on our college Web site.
